About Eat. Think. Clean
Eat. Think. Clean was founded by Dr Laura Gibson in 2026 as an allied health professional wanting to make a deeper and greater impact on the community. By addressing the primary issues with the food industry and the nutritional impact that has on our health, we can help individuals prevent or help individuals with chronic conditions but must address the mental and emotional factors as well.
Â
Having suffered from an eating disorder herself in her late teens, Laura understands the complexity of the relationship between food and drink with mental health and aims to help others now to make the right choices based on nutrition and satiety and not control and addiction.Â
Â
In Australia, the prevalence of chronic disease including overweight and obesity are sky rocketing and is flooding into our children. At Eat.Think.Clean we are wanting to make an impact on individuals at all periods of life from maternity/conception to adolescence into adulthood to have the greater impact on all individuals.Â

Our Clinical Approach
Our clinical approach is built on the fundamental understanding that mental health and nutrition are inextricably linked. We have pioneered an integrated model where Accredited Practising Dietitians and Clinical Psychologists and Psychologists work side-by-side to address the root causes of food-related challenges. This evidence-based synergy ensures that we don't just treat symptoms, but nurture a profound shift in how you relate to nourishment.
We advocate for a compassionate, holistic philosophy that prioritizes quality of food and drink intake and over clinical restriction. Our collaborative methods are designed to foster long-term behaviour change by rebuilding an intuitive connection with your body. Whether you are navigating specific health challenges or seeking to resolve a strained relationship with food, our virtual clinic provides the professional care needed from the comfort of your own home.
