Expertise & Approach

Biography

Andrea is a warm Integrative Psychologist with a passionate interest in the gut‑brain connection, and in particular, dietary/microbiome and mental health contributors to psychological and physiological disease (dis-ease).

She enjoys supporting adults, especially women who are keen to better manage, cope with and/or alleviate the impact of their anxiety, stress, depression, grief, burnout, unresolved childhood difficulties/unmet needs/trauma on their overall well-being.

She particularly enjoys working with adults with gut, autoimmune, chronic health, weight and menopause-related concerns.

Andrea uses evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, EMDR and EFT, and she raises awareness of potential dietary/gut-related influences on mental and physical well-being and collaborates with Integrative Medical Practitioners and Dietitians when needed.
