Dee is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping people improve their health by building a positive, sustainable relationship with food. She believes nutrition is about far more than calories, it's about nourishing the body, supporting mental wellbeing, and developing lifelong habits that are realistic, enjoyable, and maintainable. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

Dee has a special interest in weight management, nutrition before and after bariatric surgery, emotional eating, eating disorders, mental health, and fostering healthier relationships with food. She works collaboratively with her clients to create personalised nutrition strategies that fit their lifestyle, empowering them to move away from restrictive dieting and towards confident, flexible, and sustainable eating habits.

In addition, Dee has experience supporting individuals with chronic disease management, gastrointestinal conditions, sports nutrition, and women's health. She is passionate about translating nutrition science into practical, achievable advice, giving clients the knowledge and confidence to make lasting changes.

Her goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where every client feels heard, understood, and empowered to achieve long-term health and wellbeing.
