Expertise & Approach

Biography

Rhea is a warm and approachable Psychologist who enjoys helping people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and make changes that support their wellbeing.

Rhea takes a holistic, person-centred approach, recognising that everyone’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. She works collaboratively with children, adolescents, adults, and families to understand what is contributing to difficulties and develop practical strategies that fit each person’s individual needs.

With experience supporting people across a range of presentations, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, neurodiversity, and complex health needs, Rhea is passionate about creating a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

Rhea’s approach combines evidence-based therapies with warmth, curiosity, and humour. She believes therapy should be a place where people can build self-understanding, overcome barriers, and develop the tools they need to move forward.

Outside of psychology, Rhea enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, exploring new adventures with her family, and relaxing with her dogs and chickens.
