Service Description

Eat.Think.Clean | Juvenille Nutrition Support Healthy eating habits begin early in life and play an important role in a child's growth, development, learning and long-term health. Whether your child is a selective eater, struggling with nutritional intake, living with a medical condition, or simply needs guidance to establish healthier eating habits, our multidisciplinary team is here to help. At Eat.Think.Clean, our Accredited Practising Dietitians and Psychologists work together to provide personalised, evidence-based care for children, adolescents and their families. We understand that a child's relationship with food is influenced by many factors, including growth and development, sensory preferences, family routines, emotional wellbeing, school environments and social experiences. Our dietitians provide practical nutrition advice tailored to each child's individual needs, supporting healthy growth, balanced nutrition, meal planning, food variety and confidence around eating. At the same time, our psychologists work with children, teenagers and parents to address emotional, behavioural and psychological factors that may influence eating habits, family mealtimes and overall wellbeing. We believe lasting change happens when the whole family is involved. By working collaboratively with parents and caregivers, we help create positive home environments that support healthy eating behaviours, reduce mealtime stress and build lifelong habits that promote physical and emotional wellbeing. Our goal is to empower children, teenagers and their families with the knowledge, confidence and support to develop a positive relationship with food, establish sustainable healthy habits and create a strong foundation for lifelong health.
